She has 30 years%u2019 industry experience in human resource management, specialising in labour relations. She joined academia in 2006. She facilitates learning on both undergraduate and postgraduate levels and is a community project leader. Her current research focus area is high-performance work practices in the new world of work, specifi cally labour relations.
