How do I change my email address for my My Juta profile?
For security reasons, you are not able to change your email address on the website. However, our Credit Control team is able to do this on your behalf. Email creditcontrol@juta.co.za or call +27 (0)21 659 2300.
How do I change my My Juta password?
Click Login/Register in the top right corner of our website at https://juta.co.za. Alternatively, log in via https://myjuta.co.za.
Click on Forgot Your Password.
Type in your email address, then click Reset Password.
You will receive an email to reset your password. Click on the Reset your password button in the email.
Input and confirm your password, then click on Change Password to submit your new password.
Log in with your new password.
How does the My Juta Customer Self-Service Portal work?
With the My Juta Customer Self-Service Portal you can manage your account anywhere anytime. You or your organisation’s designated account administrator can complete account-related actions on your own and manage your subscriptions and personal information.
Steps to access the My Juta Customer Self-Service Portal:
Visit https://juta.co.za then click Login/Register at the top right of our home page. Alternatively, login via https://myjuta.co.za.
Login to your My Juta profile.
At the Request for Permission prompt, click Authorise.
Once logged in, click on your avatar at the top right of the home page.
From the menu, select Subscriptions or Profile Details to view your My Juta dashboard.
Under Personal you can create, access or edit your personal profile and view your active subscriptions. View Profile: View your personal information
Edit Profile: Manage the personal information you keep under your profile
Update Password: Change your password
View Subscriptions: View your active product subscriptions
Select Organisation to manage your account Organisation Profile: View organisational information, manage billing and delivery address/es, check your account balance and subscription status, and view paid or outstanding invoices.
Licenses Management: View and edit licenses*
User Management: View, add and remove users*
Browse Documents: Browse your statements, quotations and other transactional documents.
Invoices: View and download Invoices.
Credit Notes: View and download credit notes.
*Available to the designated My Juta organisation administrator.
Select General Resources to access Juta customer forms and other useful documents.
