Juta Passmasters is an online platform providing complimentary lecturer – and student-support material that supports prescribed textbooks. Considering their academic load, administration commitments, research, and ongoing performance management, Juta developed this bank of support material to make lecturers’ lives easier.

What type of support is available?
Support material varies across publications and subject areas as it is created to meet diverse needs . They typically include PowerPoint presentations and curated elements that holistically cover many aspects of learning, such as multiple-choice questions, external links to real-life scenarios, examples, videos, model answers, and solutions… really anything that could be relevant to lecturers and their students!

What are the benefits of using Juta passmasters?
This platform assists lecturers with their academic load by reducing lecture preparation with access to supplementary academic resources, wherever they are, and promoting more classroom engagement.

Who can use it?
These resources are available to all lecturers who prescribe Juta textbooks for their courses. There is also select student support material available for all students to access, irrespective of textbook purchase – there is just a simple, free registration process.

How can you access it?
All requests for lecturer support material are verified with the institution. Simply register via your institution email address – additional information may be required e.g. course code and student numbers
