Ngubeni wants to ensure that the library remains up to date. She says access to the latest legal information is essential, especially in a legislative climate that constantly evolves. All titles in the series were published in collaboration with the South African Research Chair in Property Law at the University of Stellenbosch.
“We thank the South African Research Chair in Property Law at Stellenbosch University for working with us to build the library and produce works that contribute to the development of property law. Especially the late Prof Andre van der Walt, Prof Gerrit Pienaar, Zsa-Zsa Boggenpoel and Juanita Pienaar, who all worked as volume and series editors for the Property Law Library. Additionally, we express our gratitude to all the authors, in practice and academia, whose contributions have made Juta’s Property Law Library a leading one in the field.”
