Mervyn King is a Senior Counsel and former judge of the Supreme Court of South Africa and has an Honorary Doctor of Laws from the University of the Witwatersrand
He is Professor Extraordinaire at the University of South Africa on Corporate Citizenship; Honorary Professor in the Department of Marketing and Communication Management at the University of Pretoria; Visiting Professor in the Rhodes Investec Business School; Chairman of the King Committee on Corporate Governance in South Africa; former President of the Advertising Standards Authority; First Vice President of the Institute of Directors Southern Africa; Chairman Emeritus of the Global Reporting Initiative in Amsterdam; a member of the Private Sector Advisory Group to the World Bank on Corporate Governance; Chairman of the Interna- tional Integrated Reporting Council in London and Chairman of the Integrated Reporting Committee in South Africa He also chaired the United Nations Committee on Governance and Oversight
He is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts (RSA, in the United Kingdom) and Institute of Directors (IoD) and Honorary Fellow of the Institute of Internal Auditors
(IIA) United Kingdom and Ireland and of CPA Australia (Certi ed Practising Accountants) and of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales He is a Chartered Director (SA) He has been the Chairman and director of companies listed on the London, Luxembourg and Johannesburg Stock Exchanges
He has consulted, advised and spoken on legal, business, advertising, sustainability and corporate governance issues in 50 countries and has received many awards He is the author of Transient Caretakers, with Teodorina Lessidrenska; e Corporate Citizen and co-author of Integrate: Doing Business in the 21st Century, with Leigh Roberts (published by Juta and Company (Pty) Ltd)

CD (SA) (Chartered Director (South Africa)) Anton van Wyk holds the following quali cations: QIAL (Quali cation in Internal Audit Leadership); BCompt (Bachelor of Accounting Science); CIA (Certi ed Internal Auditor) and CRMA (Certi cation in Risk Management Assurance)
Anton was admitted as a partner in 1998 He currently leads PricewaterhouseCoopers’ South, East and West Africa Market Areas’ Risk Assurance practice He also served as PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Global Internal Audit Services leader between the years 2004 and 2009
