Karien Jooste is Head of the School of Nursing at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology with national and international involvements related to nursing management and leadership. Nokuthula Sibiya is an Associate Professor and Head of Department of Nursing at the Durban University of Technology. She teaches nursing management at post-basic level and is actively involved in supervising postgraduate students who conduct research on health systems.
