The notice or any process, by which legal proceedings are instituted in terms of the Tax Administration Act, 2011, must be served as follows:
1. NOTICES
All notices must be served electronically upon the South African Revenue Service either per email to HighCourtLitigation@ sars.gov.za or per facsimile transmission to (+27) 10 208 2092.
2. APPLICATIONS
